Summer Learning Days 2025

Empowering and equipping youth-serving programs and the organizations who serve them, is Lana Hailemariam’s gift and passion. The path Lana traveled to The Flourish Lab hardly resembles a straight line. Some of her many adventures include sales, event management, ministry, education, cheerleading and entrepreneurship. Born and raised in The DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia), Lana brought her East Coast flair to Denver in 2017. When Lana is not impacting teams and organizations, she is likely curled up with a good book, binge watching Netflix or enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Her favorite moments are spent hanging out with her teenage daughter.
